I can't say enough good things about salmon and if you are not a vegetarian/vegan, then salmon should be a staple in your diet. It is ridiculously easy to cook, you will impress yourself and those around you when you cook a great salmon. You'll feel sharper and more energetic, and your inflammation will most likely go way down.
